What is Galvanizing?

Hot dip galvanizing is a method of protecting steel from corrosion by dipping it in a bath of molten zinc. The steel reacts with the zinc creating an alloy that metallurgically bonds to the surface of the steel. Layers of zinc form on top, providing a tough, abrasion resistant coating that will be truly maintenance free for many years to come.

Colour Coating

All our galvanised steel and aluminium gates & railings are finished using Zinsser AllCoat ® Exterior. Allcoat gives excellent resistance against cracking, blistering and flaking. The tough finish available any RAL or BS colour in satin or gloss is resistant to rain and severe weather and offers excellent colour retention, in addition the paint contains a biocide to protect the dried coating against fungal degradation.  AllCoat ® Exterior will ensure that any exterior looks bright and beautiful for years.
